• The train will change at Casino for a bus to Lismore station.

• Catch a bus from Sydney to Lismore and Brisbane to Byron Bay: Greyhound
• Bus directly from Roma Street (Brisbane) to Lismore: Byron ShuttleRuns twice a day, 9 am and 11.30 am
• Local buses available from Byron Bay and Ballina to Lismore: Buslines

By Car:

• Driving from Sydney to Lismore is about 700km and takes 9 hours.
• Driving from Brisbane to Lismore is about 200km and takes 2½ hours.
• Driving from Byron Bay (about 40 mins) and Ballina (about 30 mins).

Directions
to Bodhi Tree from Lismore

From Lismore, take the road to Nimbin (Terania Street).

Turn RIGHT into Dunoon Road. There is a Petrol station and a Budget
Timbers Yard at an intersection – approximately 2 km from Lismore
centre, just after the old wooden railway bridge.

You will go up the steep hill past Lismore Showgrounds from this intersection. Then, see a 60 km speed sign at the top of the hill, then a sign that says TULLERA.

Bentley Road is a hard LEFT turn at the end of a straight section
of road. Go down Bentley Road 1 km (which is a gravel road
5.8 km from the petrol station). At the bottom of the hill is a Causeway, 15 metres from the entrance
to Bodhi Tree.

Right turn into the driveway to a Guest house set back from the road
– see a  Buddhist flag flying high from the front deck.
